A representative of us will meet you at your hotel in Cairo to enjoy your Fayoum visit. From Cairo to Fayoum is about 95 km. We will start the tour by visiting Wadi El Rayan, classified as a protected area in 1989. Then move to Wadi El-Hitan Reserve, which is located about 90 km from Fayoum and has been classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage site, where the skeletons of whales were found. It is 40 million years old and was found there. Then we move to the Wadi El Rayan Waterfalls, which is a natural depression located in the Western Desert, 42 meters below sea level. Wadi El Rayan consists of two lakes connected by the only waterfalls in Egypt, which were formed in 1970 by the flow of waste water from farmland in Fayoum. Then enjoy sandboarding in Fayoum, lunch will be served at a wonderful local restaurant in the desert, and then return to your hotel in Cairo or Giza.
